    Below You Will Find Additional Services For Our Service Plans:

     

Loaner Equipment:

Do you have a computer that has crashed?  Need a system immediately but don’t want to be without a computer?  Our loaner equipment allows you to get a temporary system configured for your network temporarily while your new system is on the way.

Additional Terms:

  • Systems subject to a maximum loan time of 10 business days, if system is required for a extended length of time, may be subject to additional charges.
  • Systems loaned will be subject to JPC standard rental agreement.
  • System setup charge will be applied to each system on loan.
  • Service is only available to Service Plan clients

 

Per Machine

 

Multiple Branch Support:

Do you have additional branch offices?  Do not want an independent service plan for each office?  Our Multiple Branch Support will allow you to share your service plan amongst each of your branch offices.

Additional Terms:

  • Included services of the Service Plan will be shared equally amongst each of the branches
  • This is a monthly billed service

 

 

Per Additional Branch

Sales Agent Support:

Do you have sales agents who are always on the go?  Are they working from their home office?  With our Sales Agent Support, their home office will be covered by Remote/ Phone support and preferred pricing for computer services will extend to their home office equipment.

 

 Per Agent

Additional Hours:

Need to increase the hours spent per visit at your location, or shared amongst your branches.  This will allow you to save 30% off our standard rate by pre-purchasing the hours you need and securing the time you need to ensure full support of your business.
